What we could verify

COSTI is one of the first agencies people in the Toronto area are sent to, and the eligibility list is wider than the basic IRCC list. International students and temporary foreign workers are named on the program page. That matters if the federal finder told you that you do not qualify.

The service is information, orientation, and referral. It will not open the bank account for you or guarantee a job. Bring the form you are stuck on. Interpretation is listed as part of the program, so ask for your language when you book.

Who it is for

How to act on it

Contact COSTI Settlement Services from the program page and ask for an intake. Say which status you hold so they book the right stream.
